Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe
A not-too-dense whipped peanut butter frosting that is not too sweet
- 115 grams Unsalted Butter (softened)
- 150 grams Peanut Butter (creamy)
- 105 grams Powdered Sugar
- 30 grams Heavy Cream
- 3 grams Vanilla Flavor or Extract

In a large bowl cream the butter and peanut butter together with a paddle attachment, on low with a hand mixer or with a wooden spatula if you are doing it by hand

Add the powdered sugar in thirds, alternating with a tablespoon of heavy cream at a time

Add in the vanilla and whip on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes. If by hand, use a whisk to get it be airy and fluffy
