Who doesn’t like delicious warm butter with their bread? This recipe is offers a sweet and tartness that compliments any bread, breakfast item and anything else you have butter with. This was made with my favorite Stormalong “Mass Appeal” cider but any of your favorite hard apple cider would do.
This butter pairs well with my hard apple cider bread.
NOTES:
- Use quality butter (salted or unsalted), I prefer unsalted
- Use your favorite maple syrup
- Make sure the cider is flat/non-carbonated
